    Institutional Memory -

Zack: I've written a short but very boring essay on helping your successors know what to do. He asks we read it and then keep a drop box to make a sort of rolling hand over pack. Should allow us to know what's happening with college relations and what has been successful in the past. “It would be really nice if this happened” Antonia says a similar thing was tried on the website but no one did it and it immediately failed – also what happens if we lose the drop box? We would need to keep back ups and being able to search minutes would be good. YAY minutes. Love me some minutes.

    Picture Fund -

Nermeen: They want to improve people's access to the picture fund by using disposable cameras for bops and stuff. Zack says this would be cool! Ele says sometimes they are terrible could we try a digital camera? We want to have lots and not mind so much if they get lost. Ste says they're pretty cute. There are lots of fun ways to display these photos. The picture fund has £15,400 so we can probably afford this.

    Ticket sales -

Juliet: We accidentally oversold by 100 tickets, but they've dealt with it. They're still under health and safety limits and insurance. There will need to be more security and more food and drink. The site map will change and more of college will need to be used. We will need more emphasis on security on the night and some of this will fall to committee. The revenue generated from the tickets has more than paid for the extra costs. We will still have the 200 extra tickets free. Plan was 800 sold 200 free. Now we're having 900 sold and still 200 free.

Hubert asked if there was any other business -

Freddy: Looking for a working group to look at renovating the JCR so get in touch if you want to.

Ste: Are there any objections to moving LGBTQ bop to 8th week. There were none.
