    1. Matters Arising

    Renaming Fridge Room

Dani works in pantry and her birthday is on Friday 4th May. Henrique said that he was happy to buy a gift, suggesting that flowers or Debenhams vouchers might be suitable. It was suggested that he should ask Denise what to buy. He agreed, and requested up to £20 to buy a gift. Leah said that he could have up to £25.

    No objections, motion passes.

    Croquet Cuppers Trophy

Francis requested £24 for a trophy to be awarded to the winners of the intra-college croquet cuppers tournament. He hopes that the tournament will be run every Trinity, and thinks that having a trophy will make it a bit more permanent. Seven pairs have already signed up for it. The winners from each year will keep the trophy and then pass it on. Leah noted that the trophy should be looked after as committee will not pass £24 every year.

    No objections, motion passes.

    Ramadan Pack

Avnish noted that Islamic Society is asking for £10 from each college for a Ramadan pack to support Muslim students. Ramadan falls during term-time this year. She would like to request £10 for Islamic Society.

    No objections, motion passes.
