    Dan reminded the current Committee to finish their annual reports and handover packs.

    Krista reminded the incoming Committee that they were expected to do cleanup for the Christmas bop.

    Anna spent some money on tinsel and decorations. We passed £12 to cover the cost.

    Rivka said that OUSU had emailed her about promoting their food collection for homeless people. She suggested making Saturday an in-College food collection day, but since people may leave earlier she needed someone to collect food on Friday as well. Dan volunteered and suggested this be sorted out via email.

    Claudia had 6-7 bottles of wine for Women’s events that hadn’t been used and was unsure what to do with them. It was decided that they would be made available to the JCR under the Christmas tree.

    It was decided that a Welfare Subcommittee hand-over would be held following Committee Lunch, and Dan reminded everyone that the Finance Subcommittee handover was at 5pm in the bar. 

    The 2014 Committee then stepped down, and the Committee-Elect took their places.

    Duncan welcomed the 2015 Committee, and joked that if they turned up to GMs and Committee Lunches then ‘we wouldn’t have a problem’.

    Co-Options

    • Rebecca Hannon was co-opted as Drama Society President.
    • Darcey Murphy was co-opted as Drama Society Treasurer.
    • Anna Hufton, Dom Kennedy, Guan Mao, Du'aine Davis and Gemma Byrne were co-opted as Entz Subcommittee members.

    Dan reminded the incoming Committee to use the JCR website calendar.
