Minutes
1. Alex asked if anyone wanted to from a panel, who will make decisions on which projector the JCR should buy.
2. Alex said that we could maybe give a donation to the Website Theme Developer. Annie asked how this donation would be given to the person - Alex answered that it would be done through PayPal. Committee decided to make the donation.
3. Jack asked for money to buy a Christmas Tree. Charles offered the point of information that Max Dalton brought a motion last year which gives £65 to buy a Christmas Tree each year.
4. Charlotte asked for advice on what to do about getting new paintings in the bar. Charlotte and Kat will set up a working group to discuss this issue. Charlotte also decided to get the LBGTQ and Ethnic Minority Officers involved to bring intersectionality to the project.

- Duncan said elections are coming up, and encouraged Committe to be proactive about finding people to run for their role next year.
- Duncan told everyone to write a good handover pack for their successor.
- Tom said he is hoping to hold a meeting of the housing group on Sunday. In this meeting he would like to make a decision about what will go on the 8th week GM motion. He will email out the minutes from the last meeting. Richard asked if we will also be discussing changes to the pricing system - Tom answered that he thought this should happen in Hilary.
- Molly asked to speak to Tom after the meeting about housing.
- John said that Arts Week seems to be going well. He encouraged Committee to keep this effort up.
- Daisy C asked if we are electing a Comrade Procedure in the upcoming round of elections. Committee answered that no, we wil wait until Hilary.
- Annie suggested talking about running another set of elections in Hilary. She will talk to Duncan about this.
- Aisha congratulated John on organising Arts Week.
- Kat thanked all of the Women Committee Officers for coming to the lunch she organised with Charlotte.
- Xav asked when hustings will be - Daisy C answered that they will beheld on Thursday and Friday next week.
- John suggested that we hold some kind of celebratory event for the end of the term of the current committee. Aisha said that Duncan is already in discussions with Rachel Quarrell about this.
