1. Duncan asked Committee to fill in forms to validate OUSU's governance as part of their five year review.
2. Daisy reminded everyone to write the annual report.Â

Duncan asked for money to provide lunch at handover committee lunch next week. Duncan asked everyone to bring their new people. Tom asked if he could help Duncan shop. Duncan said that yes he could. Molly asked if she needed to write a handover pack, since she is handing over to her self. Duncan said that no, she didn't need to.Â
Matt asked if changes to the college handbook in regard to suspended status students, announced by email, were good news. Jess answered that the changes are for the better. Amy asked if the suspended status working group will start up again. Ryan said he wanted to start it up again next term.Â
Molly asked how many Jowett flats there are with undregraduates living in them. Tom answered that there are thirteen.Â
