    Duncan welcomed everyone to handover committee lunch. 

    1. Daisy reminded everyone to write their reports.

    Iggy and Sam asked for up to £50 to go and see 'Carol' with the LBGTQ. We passed this money.

    Calum invited the Committee to E&Es event at the Gardener's Arms on Friday.

    John brought Christmas cards for the JCR staff, and committee signed them.

    Duncan thanked the current committee for their work over the last year.

    Aisha said that bop clean up for this week's Christmas bop will be done by the new committee. Cealach has already sent out the rota. 

    Duncan told the new committee that they should expect handover packs, and asked them to inform Annie if they do not receive one over Christmas.

    The incoming committee and outgoing committee changed places.

    Annie encouraged questions from the incoming committee and explains the process of Committee Lunch (including submitting to the agenda and AOB), and reiterated Duncan's point about handover packs.

    Annie explained that welfare officers will be on a welfare subcommittee and explained that there is an additional handover meeting after the committee lunch.
