This is just a post to highlight how the JCR promotes openness and equality.
The JCR discourages the use of non-proprietary file formats. For a really great article by Richard Stallman on why your shouldn't send word attachments see here. Feel free to remind your tutors of this!
We also encourage the use of free software. This helps JCR members as it runs much better, especially on older hardware. This is also good for the environment.
The Gallery has now left it's beta testing phase and is now live. It would be great if people could upload pictures of their rooms when they come back from their vacations.
The JCR Anonymous reporting service can be found at https://listen.ballioljcr.org. This should be the first port of call to contact your LGBTQ officers, Welfare officers and EMO officers.
